Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines:

• Originality & Redundancy: The article is entirely original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Author Approval: All co-authors have approved the final manuscript for release and agree with its content and submission to the journal.
• File Format: The submission file is in Microsoft Word document format (.doc or .docx).
• Citations & Cross-referencing: All works cited are listed in the reference section, and where available, complete and active URLs/DOIs for references have been provided.
• Formatting Basics: The text is single-spaced, uses an 11-point font for the body and a 12-point font for headings, employs italics rather than underlining (except for URL addresses), and includes all illustrations, figures, and tables placed within the text at the appropriate locations rather than at the end.
• Style & Guidelines Compliance: The text and manuscript file adhere strictly to the stylistic, bibliographic, and layout requirements outlined in the official Research Paper Submission/White Paper Submission guidelines.
• Unrestricted Author Copyright: Authors retain full, unrestricted copyright and publishing rights for their work without any limitations or embargoes. Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.
• Privacy Assurance: The information and data entered on this website will be used exclusively for the journal's stated academic purposes and will not be shared with any third party or used for any other purposes.
