JPMR operates under an author-retains-copyright model. By submitting a white paper to this journal, authors agree to publish their work under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. Authors retain full, unrestricted copyright and publishing rights without limitations. You must download, complete, and sign our non-exclusive Copyright and Consent Form confirming originality and granting the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication.

Language & Technical Style
- Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English.
- Tables: Submit tables exclusively as editable text blocks, never as embedded images. Number tables consecutively and avoid using vertical lines.
- Figures: Submit figures as high-quality, high-resolution images with a clear descriptive legend underneath each image.
- References: All in-text citations must use reference management software (such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero) aligned with the APA 7th Edition formatting style. Active URLs or DOIs must be appended where available.
